Manager

You’ll see him around the property checking in guests, slinging skates at the rink, facilitating and coordinating events and keeping the morale high here at the LBL by serving our guests and team members with respect, humor, and passion.

Night Manager

Having come from a background in hospitality, we couldn’t be more excited to have her on our team making sure that our guests are taken care of - no matter the time of day! You may also see her slinging skates at the rink in the winter.

Media/Marketing + Design | Manager

Running around taking photos and videos, renovating motel rooms and cabins, updating and fine tuning our new website she built, occasionally slinging skates and helping with customers - you’re bound to run into this multi-passionate gal whose a part of our management team.

Head of Guest Services

With a passion for cleanliness + an eye for detail, Megan has come on recently as our Head of Guest Services. She’s created a more in depth protocol, has amped up our housekeeping program and has been instrumental in helping us shift and pivot in the direction we want to go for this department!

Ice Man + Maintenance

This guy has been working here at The LBL for 40+ years; his parents owned it back in the 70’s and he’s still around today making sure our ice rink is pristine, the property is functioning and he’s been helping Alex with all the renovations on the property. He’s an amazing painter (by trade) + is our local fix it guy!

Guest Services/Happiest Guy Around

Born and raised in this county, JT brought the local spirit and “can do” attitude and helps with all kinds of projects around the property. Guest services, yard work, fixing odds and ends - he’s become an irreplaceable part of our team. He’s also the happiest guy you’ll probably ever meet!
